Membership Options
Full Voting Membership: One Gymnast $200 / Two Gymnasts $375 / Three Gymnasts $550
One official vote per household on budget, bylaws, and board elections.
Your household must have full voting membership status to serve on the board.
Need a payment plan? Email finance@warriorsparentassociation.org. Must be set up by 8/25/2026.
Associate Membership
Every family with a gymnast on the Warriors competitive team automatically qualifies for associate membership.
It's our goal to have 100% of our team families participate at the full voting membership level. Your membership contribution directly funds our budget and allows us to order supplemental gear, provide gymnast and coaches' gifts, plan social events, and more.

Payment Methods
Membership dues may be paid via cash (in-person only), check, Zelle, or Zeffy. Please include your gymnast's name and level with your payment. In-person payments will be accepted at the first open board meeting on 8/25/2026 (Riviera Beach Library, 5:30-6:30 pm). Checks may also be mailed to the gym c/o Warriors Parent Association.
Photo/Media & Liability release Forms
Photo/media and liability release forms must be filled out once per year by every team family. The forms are set up to accommodate multiple children, so please fill out each form once and include the names of your gymnast(s) plus any minor children who may attend events where families/siblings are invited to participate. You may access these forms by clicking the links below.
Gymnasts (or siblings) who do not have a digitally signed Photo/Media and Liability Release on file for the year will not be allowed to participate in WPA-sponsored events. Release forms will be available to fill out and sign at events, however, to make event check-in run more smoothly, please make every effort to complete these forms prior to the first event of the year.
